American Heart Association Classes
American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Courses and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Medical Center of McKinney (MCM) is now providing a convenient new way for non-MCM employees’ to receive healthcare provider initial or renewal certification in BLS, ACLS and PALS.
This is a two part process:
- Part I is an online e-learning cognitive knowledge module which is available for purchased though Laerdale, Channing Bete and American Heart Association.
- Part II is a skill check-off scheduled with AHA approved instrustor at Medical Center of McKinney after the successful completion of Part I.
An AHA course completion card will be issued after successfully completing Parts I and II.

Prerequisite:
Part I Certificate of Completion (must be presented to instructor prior to beginning Part II)

Thursday’s, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm - Scheduled every 30 minutes at Medical Center of McKinney's Skills Lab located at 4500 Medical Center Drive, McKinney, TX 75069.
